Loved my very pleasant stay as a couple of km outside nearest town. the hotel was in a peaceful and excellent location. - It was right by the neighborhood, the nature, and Belgium.

whole place was clean with pleasant views; good and peaceful location in the nature. the staff were pretty friendly and made me feel comfortable. i booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, a work desk, and television. the breakfast was nice - a great selection of dishes. good service was provided here. location: the hotel was really close to festival, belgium for a family wedding, and the neighberhood. besides, begijnhof was 4 km away from the venue.

The bed in the suite is very good. Breakfast is nice.
The room seems a bit dated, old, the walls are thin, there's quite some noise you hear from other guests, or even staff. There's a pool in front of the hotel, where frogs stay. These animals make a lot of noise during the night. Closing the window doesn't really help.

We jhust have been there over night, not during the day, so we can't tell what the very positiv thing's has been. The Hotel Staff was very friendly, the few moments we saw them.
The shower, wich wasn't really good to regulate. Poor Breakfast.

The Immense roadworks right into the garden began, very loudly, at 6.30 am. An attractive building from the outside but what a shame that impression ceased on entry as we were greeted with a stale smokey smell and neglected dated interior. Our non-smoking room also smelt smokey but we were able to open the double windows and thank goodness for the portable fan as there was no air con. Needs a total refurbishment, a few smiles and acknowledgements to guests, and a once lovely garden with ponds, has just been totally neglected. The owners used the bar/lounge, the tv being on their channels, a couple of tables outside were dirty and a youngster was running around in underwear. The only food availabale was breakfast. What a shame.

Lovely rooms with excellent showers, conveniently located near both the town and a festival, had a delightful stay just a short distance from the nearest town without any issues.

I only arrived at 11 pm and left the following morning at 8.15 am so did not have much time to sample the hospitality but the staff were very good so my experience was pleasant.

Clean room, nice bed, good breakfast.
Bathroom was clean but in need of refurbishment, grounds were rather untidy and there were no English channels on TV.
